A quarter past six in the afternoon today, a crow perched on one of the nearby pine trees, with their honking warned that the decline was near. Came the moment when everything turns copper and the sun disappears in the pines, is the time of the creatures of the night, it's time to dream. The air dragged a complaint, rocking slowly slid between treetops. Just a whisper lavender scented resin reached me. "Stay," said the capricious wind me "stay."
My time in the city had come to an end, with a heavy heart I will say goodbye to this land, with more sky than earth, say goodbye to the lady of the cathedrals, the arches of the aqueduct and castle in the clouds. While in the depths of my being would stay where it has been my home for these wonderful years, my future is outside the walled city.
"Stay" the wind refused to let me go. I closed my eyes tightly, land called me, invited me to stay in the same place. Before I knew it the sun had had all the same color as my hair, now glowed and looked almost pale. Again the same crow cawed three times squawked and flew away.
Tomorrow at noon I will leave. Even when I do not know, but today I promise to return. From this moment everything you do will be able to return someday and stay permanently. A part of me is peredne in the hard rock, in the streets and the shields of the doors.
The wind touch my skin again, this time more fresh, now trailing the scent of water and moist soil. "Stay," he whispered almost imperceptible. "back" I replied.
